Well, not really. But I did run a mile in 8:17 this morning. I think it's a personal best.

Dang.... I make it two blocks with the beagle pulling me all the way and then have to stop because I can't breathe anymore.
The beagle caught a scent last night on our walk and nearly killed me chasing and baying while I ran behind her desperately trying to hang on to the leash. The whole neighborhood was hanging out their doors to see what all the racket was and laughing... oh how they laughed!
